Join us on an unforgettable 3-day tour to explore the stunning beauty of East Java. This tour is packed with exciting experiences and breathtaking sights. Get ready to be amazed by Mount Bromo, a massive volcano that will leave you in awe. You’ll watch the sunrise from viewpoint and also trek up the volcano to see it closely, a truly wonderful moment.
Next, we’ll head to the incredible Tumpak Sewu Waterfall, often called the “Niagara Falls of Indonesia.” It’s a hidden gem with powerful cascades and lush surroundings. You’ll have the chance to hike down to the base of the waterfall for an up-close view. You’ll also visit the charming Goa Tetes Waterfall, another beautiful spot to relax and enjoy nature. This trip is perfect for adventure seekers and nature lovers alike.
Tour Itinerary.
- 07:00 – 12:00: Our driver will greet you at Surabaya or Malang Airport/Train Station or any requested place and drive you to the MOUNT BROMO area. It takes around 2 hours to drive. If your pick-up is before 10:00 you can visit Madakaripura Waterfall (Optional)
- 14:00: Arrive Mount Bromo area and have homestay check-in
- Free time
- 18:00: Our guide will take you to a nearby restaurant for dinner (Optional)
- 02:30: Our jeep driver and guide will take you to Sunrise View Point, where you can see the Bromo sunrise
- 03:30: Arrive at the sunrise viewpoint. You can sip coffee or tea while awaiting the breathtaking sunrise over Mount Bromo.
- 04:30: The moment you’ve been waiting for! You will get to witness the sunrise from the viewpoint.
- 05:30: Next, you’ll return to the Jeep and head to Widodaren Hill. It’s a spot for stunning photos with a breathtaking view. Then, you’ll go to the jeep parking area in the sea sand area. From there, it’s about a 45-minute walk to Mount Bromo’s top. You can ride a horse with around IDR 250,000/horse (excluded)
- 07:30: You will reach the rim of the volcano, and you can enjoy the beauty of Mount Bromo until you’re ready to leave.
- 08:30: When you’re done, you will back to the Jeep and continue to the Lava View restaurant for breakfast. After breakfast, we will take you back to your homestay to prepare check-out
- 11:00: Check out from your homestay and continue to the Tumpak Sewu Waterfall area. It takes around 4 hours to drive.
- 15:00: Arrive at the Tumpak Sewu area and have homestay check-in
- Free time
- 18:00: Our guide will take you to a nearby restaurant for dinner (Optional)
- 06:00: Have breakfast and prepare to go to Tumpak Sewu Waterfall
- 06:30: Arrive at the waterfall. See the waterfall from a viewpoint
- 07:00: Trek down to the base of waterfall
- 07:30: Explore the base of the waterfall
- 08:00: Continue to Goa Tetes
- 08:30: Explore Goa Tetes
- 09:30: Back to your homestay if you still have time you can visit other waterfalls nearby (Optional)
- 11:00: Check out from your hotel and drive back to Malang or Surabaya – Tour Finished

Don’t forget to bring your jacket, trekking shoes or sneakers, trekking sandals for the waterfall, and any personalized medicine you may need.
We use Mount View Cottage & Resto Bromo or Gubuk Ndeso Homestay at Bromo area and Kaliningrad Cottages for Tumpak Sewu area. If they are full-booked we will find other similar accomodation.

When traveling between cities and towns, we have different cars depending on how many people are in your group. Small group (1-3 people) Toyota Avanza (plenty of space for bags!), Medium group (4 people) Toyota Innova Reborn (with room for luggage too!), and Large group (5-12 people) Toyota Hiace (lots of space for everyone and their stuff!)
